Speisewert: Sie empfiehlt sich durch ihre tiefgelbe Fleischfarbe, die glatte Schale und die formschönen Knollen als exzellente Salatkartoffel. Zudem zeigt sie eine sehr geringe Neigung zu Rohverfärbung und Kochdunkelung. Stärkegehalt ca. 11 %.
